Having lived in several countries, and getting used to having to source new beauty spots, it is frustrating at best. Having to expose the intimate self to getting waxed, plucked, and trying to relax in massage, you can pay a lot for a relaxing treatment only to be tense during the entire time, wasting money with every moment that fleets.
I have tried numerous spots in Amsterdam, and here are (my) top choices:

CyberSalon, off Dam Square
These are the places I can recommend. As for the hair, it can be difficult finding something, but if you are needing something on a Sunday, I found Ronald VanDun. Its very rare that you can find anything decent open on a Sunday in Amsterdam, so its a great one to put in the diary if you need something! Decent prices, and friendly staff.
